At PETS furever, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our pet beds. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay, but we will notify you via email if there are any major issues. Any custom orders may be processed within 5-10 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: We mainly use Courier Guy with a standard shipping cost of R200 for most of our product range nationally, excluding our bigger sized beds [ K9 Camper XL & Huge, K9 Castle XL, and Manhattan XL & Huge] which results to R400 shipping PER BED.
• Rush Order: Please email us that we can see what we can do.
• Free Shipping: Only if there is a stipulated SALE running with free delivery assigned.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Please email us at orders@petsfurever.co.za/shop@petsfureverza.co.za if you want enquire about international shipping costs etc.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the provided link to stay updated on its delivery progress.
