We use The Courier Guy, and a tracking number will be provided once the delivery is booked.
Delivery fee differs depending on the size and weight of the package and will be charged at checkout.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Pets furever is a business in the retail industry which manufactures pet bedding and pet accessories.
Returns and or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of order creation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
When presenting the bedding to test the sizing on your pet, please make sure your pet is clean and dry and please cover the bed with a clean blanket or towel to ensure you are happy with the size of the product before using it. If in any case you need to return the product there should be no evidence of use and the paper swing tag should still be attached. If you fail to follow this instruction we can regrettably not refund/exchange the product.
In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
Shipping fees for collection within South Africa is as quoted on your checkout and re delivery (of then correct size item chosen by the customer) will be another quoted amount. Thus results in shipping cost paid 3 Times by the customer.
In the event of a return due to a Pets furever’s fault, Pets furever will cover return shipping fees incurred.
To book in your return or collection please contact orders@petsfureverza.co.za with attached 2 photos: Photo One - of your undamaged product. Photo Two – undamaged packaging ready to be shipped. Also include your Online Order number and the date your order was placed.
Items bought on SALE are not to be returned/exchanged/refunded.
Items that are scratched, chewed on or bitten by pets will not be exchanged/refunded/returned.
